RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase bought online, simply return the item or items to us, in its original unused & unworn condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt. Items bought at SALE price if returned must be within 7 days from receipt of goods.

Procedures for Online Purchases.

Return in store.

Simply Bring the item & order receipt along to our store in Drogheda. You can exchange or return for a full refund (processed via Original payment method).

Postal Returns

Please include the form you will have received with your order & simply return it along with the item to:

All returns should be processed within 14 working days. If you do not hear from us within this time frame then please track your item and if it shows that it was received then please contact us at (041) 685 3268 as there may be a reason we could not contact you or an issue with the return.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Items bought in store

If you have purchased your item in store please note we do not offer a refund but instead you can exchange it or receive a credit note to spend in store.
